2025
A Year of Personal and Professional Success
This past year has been remarkable both personally and professionally. While I’ll keep the personal side private, professionally the company I co-founded and the brand we’ve built have grown to become a truly respected name across the industry.
It’s incredibly rewarding to see our office receiving calls and inquiries as a direct result of the marketing campaigns we co-create daily. A clear testament to our position came in the form of two prestigious industry awards received this year. While my friend Simon, as our team leader, accepted them, I confidently recognize a significant portion of the credit for myself.
The experience and knowledge we’ve gained together will undoubtedly continue to pay dividends in the future.

2024
Trusted by All the Key Industry Players
Over the years, Simon Acres Group has become a trusted name for filming major industry associations, and I have had the privilege of serving as the lead cinematographer.
This role has carried immense responsibility, as the quality of our work reflects directly on me, and every association we collaborate with places its trust in my craft. Among those we’ve filmed are BMA, BMF, Der Kreis, KBSA, KBB Focus, Furniture Makers Company, AAN, Designerati, Installer Show, BKU and more.
That particular year was incredibly intense. I produced dozens of marketing films tailored to the recruitment industry, as well as interior and company testimonial videos that showcased the finest in furniture production.
Each project challenged me creatively and technically, but nothing compares to my most meaningful personal achievement: navigating the UK health system to give our daughter a second chance at life. That moment reminded me why dedication, persistence, and care matter not only in business but in life itself.
2023
From Orlando to Vegas: Expanding Our International Presence
Our participation in the Orlando conference was such a success for Simon Acres Group that it led to a long-term collaboration, and we became official NKBA ambassadors in the UK. My personal contribution focused on creating promotional materials for this partnership, as well as producing and regularly publishing videos on social media.
This success paved the way for our second American conference, this time in Las Vegas. Our delegation traveled in an expanded team, including Simon, myself, and Jordan. It was an unforgettable opportunity to strengthen relationships with key figures in our industry across the Atlantic and further solidify our international presence.

2022
From Local Recognition to Orlando’s Global Stage
In 2022, Simon Acres Group’s efforts caught the attention of our partner, an international company providing specialised software for our industry. They invited us to present our training program at the UK’s equivalent of the KBB trade show.
Riding on that momentum, we soon embarked on our first trade show experience in the United States at KBIS in Orlando. It was a defining moment—an opportunity to expand our network, gain international exposure, and showcase our expertise on a global stage. That experience not only validated our work but also inspired us to continue pushing boundaries and exploring new markets.
2021
Creating a Training Program for Global Reach
In 2021, the company I work for joined forces to create a proprietary training program tailored specifically for our industry, to distribute it both in the UK and overseas. Simon was an exceptional tutor, while I handled the technical side—recording, editing content, and building the online platform for distribution.

2020
A year unlike any other. While business slowed and projects paused, it was above all a time of reflection. Out of respect for those who suffered and for the many lives lost, I choose to simply acknowledge this year with gratitude for health, resilience, and the ability to continue creating when the world was ready again.

2019
Our first KBB industry Exhibition in Birmingham.
Brexit and COVID-19 posed the biggest challenges for our business. Yet, we stood together, and the support we gave each other ultimately led us to business success. Today, we run a recruitment agency that employs around 20 people.
In 2019, just before the pandemic, we showcased our business at an industry trade show for the first time. Since then, we have participated regularly, seeing these events not only as excellent networking opportunities but also as a matter of prestige. We have attended KBB in Birmingham several times and have been regular participants at the Installer Show.
My role has always focused on designing the exhibition space, creating multimedia for our booth, and producing video coverage of the events, ensuring that each showcase captures our brand and its impact.
2018
Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom journey
At the wedding of my current business partner, we began a promising conversation about potential collaboration. Together, we created the brand Simon Acres Group Ltd, where I later became Group Marketing Director.
We built a level of recognition that our competitors could envy—thanks in large part to my friend and co-owner of SAGL, who was open to marketing, supportive, and eager to teach. His guidance and trust were invaluable, and I made the most of every lesson.
To this day, we continue to work together, setting trends in our industry and developing increasingly innovative projects. I owe much of my success and the recognition we’ve earned in our niche to this partnership.

2015
From Passion to Partnership
It was time for more ambitious plans. In 2015, I made another attempt to start my own business and return to photography. Together with two friends from Poland, who also had experience in photography, we began offering event photography services, complementing each other’s skills. This journey also introduced me to my current friend and long-term business partner, Simon.
Since three photographers didn’t always have the opportunity to earn consistently, we decided to expand our services to include event videography. That’s how I began my journey into filmmaking, a journey that continues to this day.
2013
A New Chapter in the UK
In 2013, it was a milestone moment for both me and my family. We decided to move to a new country, driven by the desire to create broader opportunities for our children. The move also brought financial benefits and stability for our family, leading us to settle in the UK.
The beginnings were not easy. I initially worked as a waiter in a Polish restaurant but soon transitioned to a role in Catering Support at the international company ABB. Above all, it was a valuable life lesson and an opportunity to gain experience while improving my English skills.

2010
Digital Strategy Manager in a hotel & SPA
As a Digital Strategy Manager, I led the development and execution of PR and advertising strategies for a Olimp SPA & Resort Hotel, and the “Olimp” Leisure Center. My role was multifaceted, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution.
I managed advertising campaigns from concept to completion, designed graphics, and coordinated events to enhance brand visibility. I oversaw social media channels, implemented strategic changes, and worked closely with company management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
My responsibilities also included personnel management, from recruitment and selection to staff performance oversight, as well as producing detailed Google Analytics reports to measure and optimise campaign performance.
2009
The Wanderer’s Lodge Marketing Manager
Over time, more and more clients came to value my ability to think strategically about their marketing. In 2009, one of the hotels I had been working with as a consultant invited me to join their team.
The offer was so compelling that I decided to take on a new challenge and became Head of Marketing. It was a dynamic role in a hotel that, beyond accommodation, also included three Day Spas, a sushi restaurant, and a banquet hall — a diverse portfolio that gave me the chance to combine strategy with creativity in a vibrant hospitality environment.
At the same time, I continued running my own business as a consultant and content producer, supporting a variety of clients alongside my full-time role.

Due to the strategic importance of this site, most of the photographs were taken solely for the use of the project implementers.
2009
Documentation of the Żarnowiec Pumped-Storage Power Plant – Underwater Turbine Outlets
One of the highlights of my career was documenting the renovation of the turbines at the Żarnowiec Pumped-Storage Power Plant, the largest of its kind in Poland.
This was an exceptionally rare project—such turbine renovations take place only once every 30 years, many meters below the lake surface. We were given this unique opportunity thanks to the trust we had built through previous collaborations with key industry figures.
Over several weeks on-site, I captured a detailed photographic record of the modernization process, working closely with engineers to document moments normally inaccessible to the public. The resulting series of images became an official documentation set for the investor and strategic partners, highlighting the scale, precision, and technical complexity of the project.
2008
First Major Advertising Campaign - Lech Walesa Airport, Gdansk
One of the key milestones in my career was leading my first large-scale advertising shoot for the Sopot-based agency Blum and their client, Lech Walesa Airport in Gdańsk. The project spanned a full month of preparation and execution, during which I assembled a dedicated team and set up a professional portable studio directly inside the airport.
The outcome was a curated series of 12 powerful photographs capturing the behind-the-scenes life of the airport, from everyday operations to the human stories that make it run. Thanks to the agency’s creative vision and our collaborative effort, the images were featured in some of the most prestigious offices across the Tri-City area.

2007
Crodo Marketing by Kordian Pach founded
While running my IT service business, I discovered a passion for photography, which quickly proved to have strong potential as a profitable venture.
This experience led me to shift industries and focus on marketing, complemented by professional photography production. I collaborated with leading hotels in the region, building websites and producing high-quality content to strengthen their marketing efforts.
2003
Founded an IT service business
I founded my own company that focused on IT network technologies & computer services. The business grew alongside my full-time employment.
I ran Crodo Service, a company specialising in electronic equipment including computers, cash tills, POS systems, networks, and gastronomic solutions. At its peak, we managed over 300 cash machines across nearly 200 locations.
I’ve sold that business later with a healthy profit.

2001

I graduated in Gdańsk with a degree in Management and Marketing. That same year, I joined a Contract Management Department at a county hospital.
2001–2003 – Junior Accountant
2003–2005 – Senior Medical Statistician
2005–2007 – Statistics & Accounting Department Manager – responsible for monitoring and accounting of NFZ contracts
